Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything; tell God your needs, and don't forget to thank him for his answers. (Philippians 4:6)
It often seems easier to worry about our problems than to trust God with them. However, Paul advises us to pray about everything instead of worrying. This takes our focus off our inability to solve our problems and turns our eyes to Christ, who can meet our needs beyond our wildest expectations. Turn to God in prayer each time you are tempted to worry about something, and he will bless you with overwhelming peace. In reality, it is much easier to trust God than worry!
