Longing for peace
When the world crumbles around us
Longing for peace calls.
Where terror reigns so ominous
Panicked hearts do fall.
A dark day is forever made
In the weary minds of all.
Hopes, dreams, and plans all gone today
Like dried leaves in fall.
The end of innocence is now
For a nation standing tall.
It is time for all heads to bow.
when to our knees we fall.
